I’m a Talent Operations & Program Manager with 11 years experience in SAAS technology, building and driving operational excellence and candidate experience for global remote teams. From scaling Netlify 400% as Head of Talent Operations (earning two promotions in four years) to supporting Recruiting Operations at Swan Bitcoin, Superhuman and beyond, I thrive in high-growth startups, mastering project management, systems integration (ATS, HRIS), and data-driven process design for an AI ready world.
Beyond tech, I’ve led an interesting life: from modeling for Wilhelmina NYC and working with top editorial photographers in my early 20’s, to running my own Tarot & Astrology business “The Mystical Sister”, writing horoscopes and serving Bay Area clients. I also co led the Bay Area’s “Moon Club” a women’s meditation group, with Emma Garrison (trained by Alexandra Roxo and Ruby Warrington) from 2017–2018.
